Alright, so first off, you've got a very well set up composition here that really helps to execute the theme and idea in this photograph. I find the flying newspapers around the figure who's slightly off-center to the right make my eyes dance across the page. I really like that about this photograph for that, it's got a lot of movement.
I really don't have much to say that I think think needs improvement... the only qualm I might have about it would be the figure. I think he seems a little too dark, especially on that right side, he kind of becomes one with the background. I don't know if this is what you were aiming for maybe, but I personally would like to see that figure pop a little more. There's such an appealing contrast of shadows and highlights already there, I just think the shadows overweight the lights a tad too much.
